Returns & Refunds – Terms and Conditions

Return Period

All returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns requested outside of this period may be refused.

Condition of Goods

All returned items must be unused, unfitted, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, installation, damage, or alteration.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied item, you must notify us by email at sales@airbrakedirect.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Faulty items may be subject to inspection and testing prior to approval of a refund or replacement.

Handling & Restocking Charges

A handling and/or restocking charge may apply to returned items, particularly for non-faulty goods or special-order items. Any applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to process refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

Postage & Carriage Costs

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exclusions

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to special-order products, electrical components once opened, or items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Approval of Returns

All returns are subject to approval. Returned goods sent without prior authorisation may be refused or returned to the sender.
