Notification of Surcharge

Where a surcharge applies, we will notify you after the order has been placed but prior to the release or dispatch of goods. The surcharge amount will be confirmed in writing.

Payment of Surcharge

Any applicable surcharge must be paid in full before the order is released, processed, or dispatched. Failure to pay the surcharge may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Order Status Pending Payment

Orders subject to a surcharge will remain on hold until the surcharge has been accepted and payment has been received.

Right to Cancel

If you do not wish to proceed with the order once notified of the surcharge, you may request cancellation prior to dispatch. Any refunds issued will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Terms and Conditions.

Variation of Charges

Surcharge amounts may vary depending on supplier pricing, availability, or external cost factors. We reserve the right to amend surcharge fees prior to dispatch.
